The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for groups and families. Each guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and generous closet space. The primary suite includes a king bed, ocean views, and a private en suite bathroom, located just steps from the hot tub for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Designed for gathering and unwinding, the home offers multiple living room areas with large, comfortable couches, giving your group space to spread out and relax. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Guest Access

You will have access to everything except the garage, which the owner uses for storage. There is plenty of room in the driveway for at least 3-4 cars and more room to park in front of the house on the street.

• T-Quiet time is between 10pm and 8:30 am, please be respectful of the neighborhood.
-No Smoking
-No Events
-There is an additional $60 pet fee, please inquire about more than one pet with the host.
-There is a $250 fine for any unauthorized events or parties at the unit.
-$100 fine for smoking on the premise.
-Please leave the BBQ as clean as you found it -No cats allowed
-Follow the hot tub rules, posted near the hot tub, in order to ensure that there is no extra maintenance necessary for the unit.
-A $150 fee will be charged for any *above and beyond* hot tub maintenance that is needed due to guest negligence, and/or not obeying the hot tub rules.
-No use of the indoor bbq.
