Guests will have access to the entire house and grounds. You will be given self-check in instructions and enter via a smart lock. Feel free to park up to two vehicles in the private driveway, located through the alley in the back. Both entrances include a staircase in order to access the exterior doors, please keep this is mind for those in your party that might have mobility issues.

About Lida’s House

The house is incredibly spacious, including a large, high end, eat-in kitchen, dining room, large living room and entry area, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. There two guest rooms. One holds a king-sized bed and boasts views of the garden. The other has a queen-sized bed and has a gorgeous view of one of the large redwoods on the property. There is also a laundry room area just off of the kitchen available for guest use as well.

A deck is situated right off of the dining room area, making for a perfect indoor outdoor entertaining experience.

Two spacious bedrooms await you, both with bright windows.  Both rooms have premium mattresses, one room has a king and the other room has a queen.  In the hall closet you’ll find board games galore, sure to keep kids and adults happy. A full-service grocery store across the street makes meals a breeze. We’ve outfitted you with locally roasted, organic coffee and a bottle of one of our great area wines. You can prepare a fabulous meal in the chef’s kitchen, complete with updated appliances, a 36″ gas range stove, and all the necessities you might need to cook something simple or a multi-course dinner.  The seating area in the kitchen lets you and your friends relax while cooking, plus there’s a formal dining room with room for 8 for a more elevated dining experience. The newly renovated 30’s style bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and plenty of storage space. For convenience, you’ll also find the laundry with full-size washer and dryer tucked away behind French doors off the kitchen.  The large, well-maintained, (but not fully fenced) backyard allows for a perfect indoor/outdoor setting to let the little ones run around and play ball while you enjoy the private, scenic setting.
