The space

Step into this historic 2-bedroom Samoa home where you can enjoy both Humboldt Bay and Pacific Ocean views . Walk to the beach, or enjoy a glass of wine from the back deck while watching the sunset over the bay. Truly the best of both worlds.

One bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, and ample closet space, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and beautiful ocean views. Both bedrooms have televisions for added comfort. A convenient Jack-and-Jill full bathroom connects the two rooms.

The large, open-concept dining area flows into a comfortable living room with plenty of cozy seating and ocean views from multiple vantage points. The fully updated, spacious kitchen provides room for multiple chefs and includes everything you need for shared meals. An in-unit laundry area and a newly renovated half bath off the kitchen add extra convenience for longer stays.

Historic woodwork and original details brighten the home’s unique character. Outside, enjoy a large, fully fenced backyard with a patio, BBQ, and fire pit—perfect for gatherings. Other things to note

Although we have a fireplace in the home, it is non-operational at the moment. We are getting it fixed soon, and cannot wait to share it with guests who are familiar with using fireplaces.
